Kedah’s EXCO for Agriculture HAS officially opposed UPOV91 and the amendments to the PNPV Act 2004

Kedah’s Agriculture EXCO has taken a brave stand by opposing UPOV91 and the amendments to the PNPV Act 2004, defending farmers’ rights and Malaysia’s food sovereignty.
