We the citizens of Hampton County are taking a stand against the immoral outbursts of Councilman Ronald "Breeze" Winn.  We find it very alarming that a councilman who was voted in to be a voice for the people is continually showing himself to be a voice against the people.

Councilman Winn has become notorious for his series of letters and radio broadcasts that defame the character of various administrators and department leaders, use racial slurs to address the citizens, and show lack of thought and inconsideration for the growth of the county as he belittles and insults potential business partners and industrial developers.

We wish to have the governor consider our plea and assist us in having Councilman Winn removed from office, and by special election allow the citizens of Hampton County to vote in an individual that can uphold their duty as a leader in our local government.
