I had court today I completed everything dcfs told me I had to do they almost terminated my rights today but due to my dcfs caseworker making a so called mistake in my progress report saying I wasn’t compliant and wasn’t doing the right thing so she says in my report I was not making any reasonable efforts to get my daughter back but that’s clearly not true my lawyer got it continued I have to do parenting classes that I could have completed already because they told me I can start parenting classes after I complete substance abuse classes I completed that in January of 2021 and I’ve been asking and asking and waiting around for these things to be done but they’ve changed my case worker so many times and now my case worker I have now makes excuses that she has too many people on her case load. :( but my dcfs case worker tells me I can’t go seek classes on my own I have to do what they provide so she says but she hasn’t helped me at all just been giving me the run around and waiting to last minute or didn’t provide services then say I’m in the wrong or I’m not complying when she’s the one who is screwing me around. I also completely random drug drops which always come back negative for drugs and only positive for the prescription medication I’m required to take for mental health which I do daily as prescribed, I also talk to my counselor on a regular basis I attend all my visits with my daughter and they only allow me two hours a week, and I’ve asked to see if they can be lengthened and the told me maybe after parenting classes, I’ve asked daily for parenting classes and just to simply see my baby more as I’m going through all of this, this has been going on over a year and a half, and the judge told me my time is limited… please help me I need advice supporters and prayers.
