CONFIRMED - No access to our private roads

We met with Tommy Branin and Melissa Thornton this evening at 6 PM outside the Townes at Pouncey Place entrance - at the proposed site. Tommy and Melissa confirmed after verifying with the diagrams they have that there will be NO access roads connecting the new development and our community - neither near Haven Mews nor near 320 Pouncey Place (Ron Carpenter's home) and we have also got assurances that there will NOT be a road connecting the new development to Pouncey Place across from Aarrow (outside our community entrance). The reason why the 2 items (REZ and PUP) were deferred from tomorrow's public hearing was because of the deluge of emails our residents have sent Tommy and Ben and the rest of the Planning Commission members. Kudos to you guys! As such I am not going to submit this petition to the Planning Commissioner or to Tommy. Thank You!
