On December 6, 2015, Elizabeth Osterbauer broke into a woman's house and stole her dog. She drugged the dog, then tortured it before killing the tiny dog. Osterbauer then broke into the victims home again on June 6, 2016.

Right now, Osterbauer is only charged with two counts of second degree burglary. A witness had told police that Osterbauer had admitted to killing the dog.

Osterbauer had confessed feelings toward the woman but the woman had rejected her. The victim stated that Osterbauer had began stalking her.

It is very clear that Osterbauer is a danger to the publics safety as well as any animals life.

In addition to signing the petition, you can also email or call to voice your opinions on the case. It will go to the Hennepin County attorneys who are working on the case. Please let them know that animal abuse will not be tolerated! Please demand that animal cruelty charges be added in addition to the burglary charges!
