Here is a update on what has happened and our plans for this situation. 

On behalf of Cody's family, thank you to everyone who has made an impact by signing, sharing, liking/commenting, and contributing to this petition. It is appreciated, and so are you!

Now, as far as an update, we are still at a standstill with having Rochelle charged because the so called "employees" and detectives of Maury County Jail are not doing their jobs, nor are they even trying to investigate. 

But as far as finding someone to look into this and look at, Melissa has been recommended to the Attorney General. And with high hopes, I am hoping that we will be in contact soon and some justice will come from it.

So prayers are appreciated as we map out our following route to getting the deserved righteousness!
