They haven't accepted the claim of the flawed community consultation. However, possess no real proof letters were even sent. No one in the surrounding area had received anything (those most affected by the Proposed road).
As disappointing as this sounds, this at least now means we can move on to the next stage!! Which is to put in a complaint to the ombudsman. We will keep you all updated
