Hello everyone, My name is Tiffany Chaffin and today I'm asking for the help of the community by signing my petition not only for the justice of my very own brother Andre Scott Sr. but for all male and females alike who have been falsely prosecuted by Judge Gary S. Mullen.

The legal definition of "Direct Evidence" is evidence that prove a fact, without and interference or presumption and if true the truth conclusively establishes that fact.

However, Superior court Judge Mullens admitted in open court violating section 132 of California penal code prohibiting every person who's upon any trial.

Through rendered testimony of office Judge Mullen forged a signed and dated warrant which has later undergone several attempts to change the actual time of incident. Handwriting expert analysis found the signature on the warrant did not match Judge Mullen signature which Mullen swore otherwise.
