My son will die in prison if the AZ courts do not correct their error and allow a fair hearing for his Post Conviction Relief. 

If ever there was an example of Ineffective Assistance of Counsel, this is it. 

Let's tell the courts that they should be held accountable AND that a 14-20 year plea offer should not become a 151.5 year sentence if you go to trial. AKA trial penalty for asserting your right to go to trial.

My son was incarcerated at age 30. He will be 45 this year.

My son has made every day in prison a day that he makes a difference. He helps others to acclimate when they first get there and they are scared and confused and vulnerable. He works a job 7 days a week. He is a lead in a group of men that work out together, worship together and are clean, healthy and orderly.  

He has much to offer in his life. His life should not be spent behind bars.
