It's been months, and there's still no Long Range Western Missiles sent to Ukraine. Not only is a new russian offensive most likely to occur, there's also been countless attacks on Ukrainian infrastructure from far away Russian air bases. 

Giving Ukrainians long range missiles will help save their lives and save infrastructure. Destroying Russian military equipment while its en route between the factory and the deployment on battlefield is both most efficient way to wage war and would save Ukrainian lives.

Long Range western missiles would allow defeat Russian military prior to start of battles.
