There was a big court decision in New Jersey this week. The Appeals court agrees that shaken baby syndrome (SBS) is “junk science” in some cases. Although this isn’t the state my husband was sentenced in, it gives me hope that this is a step in the right direction for other states to reconsider SBS convictions  and look at the whole picture, starting with biomechanical testing. In the case of my husband, there is overwhelming medical evidence that proves our son was not a victim of SBS which you can learn more about here.
