Thank you so much for showing your support for us, the employees of Mocha Joe's Cafe, in our efforts to receive a livable wage and hazard pay during the pandemic! We deeply appreciate the support from local community members and those passing through Brattleboro, who have come to appreciate Mocha Joe's Cafe as we do. We received over 300 online signatures and 140 signatures in person. It was truly an inspiring first day of our strike!

We, the employees of Mocha Joe's Cafe, enjoy serving the community with friendly service and delicious coffee, but we recognize that this luxury cannot come at the cost of our own safety and well-being. We believe that with your support, we can appeal to our bosses, and reopen the cafe soon with proper safety measures and adequate compensation for our labor.
