“I’m delighted you were able to join us in Palmeira Square for the Bee Bus Stop’s unveiling. I hope it will be the first of many in Brighton & Hove.

“This is a project that’s been in the pipeline for some time but thanks to your petition, more people now know about the threats to biodiversity and pollinators in Brighton & Hove. The serious decline in biodiversity and importance of pollinating insects for food means we all have to play our part in raising awareness of this enormously serious issue. Every step we take will give nature a breathing space.

“Only by working together will we be able to tackle the colossal threats to our environment.”
