Hello everyone! I'd just like to give a quick update on here.

First of all, I'd like to thank every last one of you who have shown support and signed this petition to help us out. We got the attention that we were seeking and it couldn't have been done without you all!

The Letterman is now under new management, Asset Living. The old management company Varsity is no longer over us. This petition was brought to the eyes of the regional manager of Asset, and I got to speak with her one on one to discuss action plans moving forward.

It was a very good and lengthy discussion, as we reviewed a thorough list that was made about all of the issues within the complex.

After our conversation, they have been working diligently to begin fixing the wrong doings of the old management (Varsity), as well as easing some of the stress off of residents. I was ensured that within the next 30 days, this should be a better complex.

However, our fight does not stop here, and our next step is to take action against Varsity for the poor conditions that we have had to live in for months.
