Help stop this extreme cruelty

Help stop this extreme cruelty
The Issue
STOP BRUTAL ANIMAL CRUELTY & MOTORIST ATTACKS ON THE R300 (CAPE TOWN)
We, the undersigned, urgently call for immediate action to stop a shocking and dangerous pattern of events occurring along the R300 in Cape Town.
There are credible reports that individuals are committing extreme animal cruelty by tying wire around dogs neck and hanging them from palisade fence and leaving them to die
This cruelty is not random.
It is being used as a deliberate trap to exploit compassionate motorists. When drivers stop to help these suffering animals, they are allegedly targeted for robbery and vehicle theft.
This situation represents:
* A gross violation of animal welfare laws
* A calculated criminal tactic
* A serious and immediate threat to public safety
We call on the following authorities to act without delay:
* The South African Police Service
* The City of Cape Town Law Enforcement
* The Cape of Good Hope SPCA
Our demands:
1. Urgent investigation into all reported incidents along the R300
2. Immediate deployment of visible patrols in affected areas
3. Rapid rescue and veterinary care for any animals found in distress
4. Identification, arrest, and prosecution of those responsible
5. Public safety warnings to alert motorists not to stop in unsafe conditions
6. Ongoing monitoring to prevent this from continuing
We cannot allow animals to be used as bait for crime, nor can we allow citizens to be placed at risk for showing compassion.
This is a matter of urgency, humanity, and public safety.
