Wikie and Keijo are the last two captive orcas in France, currently living in deteriorating concrete tanks at the closed Marineland Antibes. 

Animal rights groups use the chilli.club app to organize fast, direct-action email campaigns to pressure government ministers and prevent the orcas from being transferred to Loro Parque. The campaign on the chilli app allows users to quickly send protest emails to French and Spanish officials. These emails demand the orcas be moved to a safe seaside sanctuary rather than an amusement park.
