This case has opened back up and the DA’s office failed to notify us. New hearing starting soon. My daughter and I have moved states to attempt to end the cycle of systemic failures we find ourselves in which started with this case. We never received a dime in compensation for what happened to us… but the state of California got their pay out. What we want more than anything is true Justice. Please email the DA’s office on our behalf. I emailed them and got an automated email back. I deserve more. My daughter deserves more.
