Sentencing for the case is supposed to be in two days, and I am miles away from making much headway with this case. I am terrified that something will happen to my daughter and I if my ex only gets probation. I was affected financially, emotionally, and physically by the years of abuse I suffered at the hands of my ex... but none of that matters. There is only one thing I truly want-- my daughter to be safe. Please, please, please... if you know anyone who can sign this petition get them to do so. I am begging for my daughter's life. Please help keep her safe. I have cooperated with law enforcement, with the DA's office, with the victims advocate. I have reached out to every agency I can. The money lost, the mental anguish, the physical pain I have endured is nothing NOTHING to me in comparison to my daughter's safety. No one is listening to me and I want her to live. Please help me.
