As part of their investigation "Carbon Nation," KALB News Channel 5 in Alexandria recently spoke with some of us who are concerned about Carbon Capture Sequestration (CCS).
The feature airs this Monday at 6:00 PM on KALB News Channel 5. We're hopeful that this media attention will help bring our concerns to the forefront and encourage our state leaders to take a closer look at the issue.

We want to thank each and every one of you who has signed our petition and joined us in this fight against CCS. Your voices are crucial in this effort, and we're proud to stand together as Louisianans.
But our work is far from over. We must continue to fight against CCS and its potential impacts on our Sportsmans Paradise. We need to keep pushing for more media attention, spreading awareness, and educating our communities about the risks associated with CCS.
To amplify our efforts, we encourage you to join the Louisiana CO2 Alliance, a coalition of concerned citizens and groups working together to raise awareness and stop CCS in our state.
