Dear all - I am really sorry to break my 'no more than once a week' rule - but ... just very quickly ... I have been frustrated from the start with the difficulty in using this platform in a more interactive and social way ... of course, that is not what it was set up to do!

I try and read as many of the comments as possible and reply where I can - but I am not sure if you ever find out that I have replied! So ... an idea to try ... which only is of any use if you use Facebook (sorry for those who don't) ... a group on that platform ... Hedgehog Highways ... come and join.

I thought it might be good to try and have some of the wider ranging conversations in that Group .... I would like to see this as a chance to explore ways in which we can increase the reach of the petition, and increase the reach of hedgehog highways - share contacts we have made with developers who might work with us, develop strategies for those that are currently less willing. I would also love to see the images you have of hedgehog holes and of hedgehogs using the holes.

I will do my best to moderate the group - but hope that common sense prevails. Try and be kind - and however angry you may feel - keep the language polite - I would love this to be a space that younger hedgehog fans can feel comfortable using as well.
