The emails & phone conversations I have had with NCW Libraries tell me that BookMobile North is being discontinued due to the cost of the program. NCW Libraries “Press Release” that they buried the discontinuation of the program to the bottom of the 6th paragraph states the reason as being geography, weather & road closures. Makes me think that they actually have the budget for it but since they are unable to produce a budget that shows differently they have come up with an alternate reason.
