Trooper died from neglect, do not let him die in vain as well. He died a painful, long and torturous death. Had his owners only brought him to Saga Humane Society for free medical care. Had they only cared. Instead they watched him suffer until it was too late.

Trooper had no voice. He had no food, no shelter, no care, no love, no tenderness. We all failed him. We failed him because no one spoke out for him. We failed him because we didn't report the owners neglect. After months of neglect and torture, Trooper was dumped by savage owners in the darkness of night and left to die. Saga Humane Society cared, but it was too late. 

There are hundreds more just like Trooper dying in San Pedro because no one speaks out!  There are hundreds of dogs being killed by speeding taxi's and trucks, Dogs attacking and killing other dogs. It will only end if you speak out NOW!
