Hello Salty Witches!

I just found out today that the condo association is going to court to seek a declaratory judgement in their favor, plus compensatory damages, over the patio.

A ruling in their favor will leave me with two options: Fight or Fold. Folding will mean closing the shop. They've done considerable financial damage, and acquiescing to a judgement in their favor would force me to close the shop for good. I don't want to do that. I want to fight. But I can't do it without help.
