Hi everyone, I’ve had a personal issue! I’m sorry I haven’t been able to update you. When I arrive to feed Halo, I honk my horn enough to get her attention. When I’m placing her food, I’m calling for her, letting her know food is here. Plus, I hold the bowls up high to get the scent in the air. She knows. She gets 3 cups of 28% protein w Next Level, salmon, wet food salmon. It’s plenty tasty! She ALSO has another bowl of frozen food which thaws for later when she is hungry again. Frozen bc it’s so hot, it needs to stay cold. So, she is being given enough for twice a day! That is a big relief for me. I’ve seen Halo 2 days in a row now. She hides in the woods as I leave the area after placing her food. Apparently, she is waiting for me to actually leave the area. She knows the sound of my Jeep. It’s really good to see her. It’s not up close. But, I know it’s Halo bc she is basically white / light yellow. It’s difficult to hide in the woods. On that note….. I am making a MISSY TRAP with which to catch her. A friend who flies DRONES looking for missing animals, is helping. It will go where she’s being fed. It is made for skittish dogs. I will improvise it. I will keep you posted on the status of things. As soon as I have a picture, I will post it. Please keep sharing this petition. World wide!!! Yes! The SAGE MILL RESIDENTIAL partners, Graniteville, SC, USA, need to know what Halo’s situation has created. She has been in critical situations twice. Thank you all for your continued support in rescuing Halo! I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. Blessings to each of you, Elisa 😇😇😇🪽🐩🙏🪽🏇🐕🦮🐴🙋‍♀️
