Hi everyone, we are at 315. Please continue to share w friends and groups! Keep this ALIVE! It was my birthday. At 2:00 AM, I was sent a picture and a video of Halo. Pic attached. I’m so elated and so grateful to see Halo. That was the best birthday gift I could have ever asked for. She is thin, but NOT emaciated. It’s my belief at this point, that she is not being fed by anyone other than a very kind lady who is 1.5 miles away. Halo has a round-trip 3 mile trek which is not sustainable for Halo. She is thin. It is too much for her. I am feeding her about 5 to 6 cups 27% protein daily soaked in hot water so that she is hydrated in the area she hides. Yes, she is eating the food. The elected official, who was supposed to be helping out and who knows the owners, has not responded to my calls today. I am moving forward. I am turning to the news.
