This is potentially the only reason she will rescued. At this time, my efforts to create a resolution to trap and rescue Halo, who is on the property that is owned by SAGE MILL RESIDENTIAL, LTD, is at the same dead end that led me to create this petition. I assure you, I have spoken w one of the owners of SAGE MILL RESIDENTIAL, LTD. I am at a standstill. I presented a proposal letter vis email. I have had no more response from the owner. Please, keep moving this petition to everyone you know. And, of course, all of your animal loving friends and family. The summer is on the way. It becomes extremely hot here in this area of SC. Storms come through the south. Halo does not deserve to be in the heat or the storms and become even more terrified. This is not fair to Halo. I want her to know that she can learn to trust at least one human, who wants to make her world better. Please keep this activity and Halo in your prayers. As I move forward I ask for God’s guidance every step of the way. In my opinion, this has to be resolved. There are no ifs, ands, buts, or maybes; Halo MUST be rescued. This is the only answer.
