I took some time out of my day to type out an email again since i haven't heard anything back from google support after a few days which is messed up, so i went to the 2nd phase of keeping my word on the petition goals.

Since now i knew Ronnie was staying around in the LA area of California, i sent a 2nd email to the Santa Monica community affairs government email address to be able to get in touch with the police department there along with the email address the LAPD has on their website. I wrote out the best i could with what info i had besides what everyone else has provided to try and help me out through this which i thank you for your help so far. So i hope both police departments in each area will take this seriously even though it's a non-emergency response to what Ronnie has been doing online for the past few months. I seriously hope they do catch her at some point. I'll have to wait back and see if either of them will respond to my message from informing them of what was going on.

My name is Thomas Reed and I'm someone who has started a petition on Change.org and I'm contacting you as a non-emergency contact due to some incidents that happened within your area that I found online.

There is a YouTuber scammer that goes by the username Allinwithari and her real name is Ronnie Ann Spurr. She is someone from Arkansas who has had an expensive criminal history in Faulkner county. She has been to your area now because she wanted to get away from her life responsibilities because she was still supposed to be doing child visitations since her son is still a minor under the age of 18. Since now she is in California she's going around to different locations to try and steal money from people online. She used the cash app to do that while pretending to be homeless and after she got what she wanted, she deleted the app and ran off with people's money they donated to her and went spending it on a lot of expensive things. She commited Penal Code 532 which is theft by false pretenses when she first did that on her youtube videos. I've tried to get in touch with google support at first and i haven't heard anything back from them for about 2 or 3 days from now so that's why i'm contacting you now.

In Los Angeles / Beverly hills she was spending time in luxury hotels in these areas and she was spending money on expensive food and other things she was showing off online.

In Santa Monica she was hanging out somewhere at the beach and may have been at 1626 Wilshire Blvd, Santa Monica, CA which is the W.I. Simonson Mercedes-Benz Dealership. On video it was a brief clip where she wanted to get a "used van" although she could have gotten a cheaper brand.

Her cars identification some other people besides myself online have figured out so far is that she is in a white chevy car, it's not an SUV or a hatchback, and some others besides myself have guessed that the car model is either a malibu or a cruze from what her car size looks like from the inside since there wasn't a clear indication on her videos from the outside. She was only filming the inside of her car most of the time because she used a black curtain to cover her windows so no one could identify what her location was at first, but then she got careless by leaving her locations she's been to online so far.

Her behavior makes her a bit crazy even though she's smoking thc or cbd oil in a vape pipe. A lot of people have witnessed how she was by her mostly being a narcissist and a psychopath. She has done pathological lying, manipulation, and was an endangerment to individuals she's been coming in contact with in-person.

All this info right here will help you identify her on what she looks like, how she behaves on camera, etc. On YouTube make sure you check the video and community post comments and in every single one of them, people were calling her out for things. Sometimes she would try to delete them to try and hide what she was doing.

Other than that there are also 2 csv files attached to this email that have the current signatures and comments people have made to change.org petition that need to be opened as a text file.
