The Local Government Commissioner for Standards (LGCS) has launched an investigation into Newry, Mourne and Down District Council chairman Mark Murnin and councillor Glyn Hanna. The duo will be investigated following a complaint they breached the Local Government Code of Conduct in relation to their role as members of the Council's Planning Committee.
