We believe in this. This law would Close loopholes that allow abusers to walk free, and hold them accountable through efficient cross reporting to make sure all agencies are on the same page. Abusers work in the shadows and behind closed doors - let’s make sure they are are exposed. 

The National Link Coalition, the FBI - they know exactly how strong the abuse of animals is as a predictor for human violence. By keeping our animals safe, we will save entire families.
