Since finding out about this 1 year rule I thought surly that can’t be true it seems ridiculous. 

 But after me emailing and enquiring to many many people who I thought could help. Im deeply disappointed to find out it’s true! 

Cruise lines are protected by law if a crew member does not file a complaint within 1-3 years. 

My question is who protected me ? Who protected me when this man used my body for his own pleasure. 

It should have been management! My boss Assistant Cruise Director. Instead of supporting and protecting me I was made to feel like I could lose my job and everyone would know. 

Well now I want to make sure as many people know as possible. I’m not giving up this fight.

I have been up and down mentally since this happened and more recently I was in a good place, happy joyful living my life untill this news come to me about the protection of cruise lines. 

I’m reaching back to this dark place again and I will not let this continue to have a hold on my life.

I will keep posting updates, I will keep sharing this petition to make enough awareness that something might change.
