BREAKING NEWS: Grace Episcopal Alexandria Sued in Federal District Court

Friends,

Not long ago, we passed the one-year anniversary of Mom’s passing. It was a tough time, but I am keeping at it.

Late last week, I filed suit in federal district court. The lawsuit alleges that the City of Alexandria VA has repeatedly refused to investigate or prosecute Episcopal priest Bob Malm’s perjury. That’s the case, even though Bob’s own pleadings contradict themselves.

Specifically, Bob initially claimed under oath that Mom, or someone purporting to be her, contacted him repeatedly, only to no-show. In fact, he named Mom by name.

Later, under oath, Bob Malm claimed he doesn’t remember “speaking” to her — an attempt to walk things back, even as he leaves open the possibility that Mom emailed him or otherwise wrote to him.

Most recently, in the Massachusetts court case, perjuring priest Bob Malm says he didn’t even know Mom’s name.

In fact, you can see Bob Malm’s lies in my motion to the Alexandria Circuit Court, available at https://issuu.com/gracealexwatch/docs/motion_for_supplemental_discovery_022021_1__combin/2

If that’s true, how then did he name Mom by name in his original sworn statement?

Of course, the Episcopal Diocese of Virginia is still trying to ignore the matter, even though it, Grace Episcopal Alexandria (where Malm used to work), Bob Malm himself, and the City of Alexandria are all named in the lawsuit.

Ironically, it’s Lent, so you’d think the Diocese would come forward and tell thee truth, wouldn’t you? But no such luck. Lent is just another day in the church calendar.

Thank you so much for your support. I am so grateful for your help and kind thoughts in this difficult time.

If you have a moment, please share a link to my petition, and let’s keep our fingers crossed.

And most importantly, STAY SAFE.

Much love,

Eric
