I wanted to update you on my lawsuit against perjuring Bob Malm. Specifically, we are in the pretrial discovery phase of litigation and I have just received Bob Malm’s responses to my interrogatories, or questions that must be answered under oath.
For now, the details are confidential pursuant to an informal agreement I have with opposing counsel. Suffice it to say, the results are about what I would expect from a priest who perjured himself in prior litigation. And Malm’s attorney is going to try to ask the court to keep Malm’s responses secret. Does that tell you anything?
There’s also some media coverage coming about the ongoing abuse of power at Grace Episcopal Alexandria, my former parish. Please stay tuned.
