BREAKING NEWS: Perjuring Priest Bob Malm Tries to Defend His Conduct

Friends,
Earlier today, I spoke with the magistrate’s court in Mom’s hometown of Venango County PA. It turns out perjuring priest Bob Malm has announced that he plans to defend against my lawsuit, which seeks to recover Mom’s attorney fees after Bob Malm tried to subpoena her in violation of state law.
Specifically, Pennsylvania requires advance leave of court in order to obtain discovery in protection from abuse cases. So when Bob attempted to domesticate his Virginia subpoena in Pennsylvania, he was required to seek leave of court. Yet he made no effort to do so, with the result that the court quashed his subpoena out of hand.
Nor did Bob blunder into this situation. He was represented by Jeff “Sugarland” Chiow, a parishioner and leading DC attorney. So I’d be prepared to wager that Bob knew exactly what he was doing.
Of course, that begs the issue: What would Jesus do? The answer is NOT trying to drag a dying woman into court.
That also raises the question of the roles of the diocese and parish in the coverup of Bob’s conduct. While I can even accept that people make mistakes of judgment, when the diocese and church continue to have Bob’s back, it tells me they are good with his perjury, his efforts to bully a dying woman, and more.
Needless to say, I long ago concluded that the Episcopal Church is morally bankrupt.
