BATTLING FOR BEN!

J KoppHARDEEVILLE, SC, United States
Feb 11, 2019

Dear supporters,

Spoke to Republican House Representative, whom is also the Republican Chair for the Health and Human Services Committee today. She has vowed to contact the Head of the Emergency Room Department at Northeast Georgia Medical Center in Gainesville to discuss what went wrong the day that Ben was taken into the emergency room, and why he was discharged after only three and a half hours and sent home in his deteriorating condition, both physically and mentally.  Specifically, to ask questions such as why, if you knew you were supposed to have the two party written affidavits by his family members to have him brought in by court order and you did not have them, why did your attending physician on duty not contact the court to find out where those affidavits were so that they could be used as part of the evaluation of the patient.  Also, why would you allow a person who is three times over the legal limit of intoxication, standing 6 ft 6 in tall and weighing only 117 pounds, having fainting spells, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea,  experiencing withdrawal symptoms, etc., get into a taxi and go home, knowing full well in his condition, he is in imminent danger?!  It is high time that we hold the feet to the fire of those responsible... Battling for Ben!!!   Please, please, please continue to share this petition!

Thank you again for your support!

Jenna
