Amended legislation and newly proposed legislation submitted!

Dear friends and supporters, a quick update...
I met with legislators this past Monday, and I have worked tirelessly this entire week to revise Georgia codes pertaining to the involuntary committal for evaluation of an individual with addictive disease. I have also written new state legislation pertaining to the collection and disposal of leftover / unused controlled substances in the home. I submitted this information late this week, and although I have been asked to tweak it, I am delighted to report that legislators are moving forward with the review process.
Again, I thank you all from the bottom of my heart,l for your support, and I urge you to continue to share this petition, as we will continue to need more and more support as we go through this process.
I want to share a very poignant and powerful song. This song has very vast interpretations... But it is a song that I have chosen as a tribute to my Beloved Ben. I hope it will touch you in the same way it has touched my heart.
The song is "Say something I'm giving up on you". The version of Ian Axel of a Great Big World and Christina Aguilera with video is one of the better versions. Take a moment to Google and listen.
Additionally, throughout this entire process, I have become a new person... But how could I not? A fighter, if you will! You have to be that in order to keep pushing on, because many people will try to knock you down. Therefore, I have chosen my fight song... Please take a moment to Google and listen to it... It is "Thunder" by Imagine Dragons. I listened to it multiple times, as it gives me the inspiration and motivation to keep pushing on!
Thank you my dear friends and supporters, Jenna
