Hi,
    Thank you for supporting "Documented Dreamers". We're continuing our "awareness campaign" and also working on another round of advocacy. We've written to the First lady and the Second lady about our situation and requested their intervention.
    Traditionally, the First lady and the Second lady are more passionate about issues affecting kids. Recently, the First lady Mrs. Melania Trump was instrumental in getting the "Take it down" law passed.  Moreover, both the First Lady and the Second Lady are legal immigrants and can show empathy towards our cause.

The Second Lady Mrs. Usha Vance is a lawyer having graduated from Yale Law School and would be very familiar with the immigration laws. She recently initiated the "Summer Reading Challenge" and we hope she supports us also. 
    We encourage "Documented Dreamers" from all over the country to write to the First Lady and the Second Lady (there's no option to email them) sharing your personal stories of how the Greencard backlog is affecting us. Let's keep the momentum going and hope for our voices to be heard.

Action Items:
   1.  We need more signatures on this petition. Every signature is a show of support towards this cause.  We tried to reach a few news reporters who cover immigration topics but those efforts will be fruitful only if we have a few thousand signatures (Only then our petition will be taken seriously and will get noticed).  Please reach out to your friends and neighbors and request them to sign this petition. They just need to enter their name and email to sign.
