Sign this Petition to Governor Beshear demanding Bowman Field Drivers Testing office appointments be made available in Louisville & elsewhere in Kentucky where backlogs exist. Found out you can NOT get an appointment just by showing up. They force you to use KSP's broken website to try and make your appointment, good luck with that. One useful thing I found out is that they post new appointments on Friday mornings after 8AM. I've heard that people sit at their computers and click over and over hoping to get an appointment. Still too many people cannot get an appointment for a Driver Test. I went on KSP website http://kentuckystatepolice.org/driver-testing/ down the webpage where it says CAPT MARSHALL JOHNSON there is a message box. Send a message with your request and they will contact you. Tell them your complaint/problem with DRIVER TESTING Appointment and they can schedule an appointment without you having to use the online website. I got a different number to call and they were able to get us an appointment within 10 days. It appears to me there is some bias toward people in Louisville by KSP since this is mostly a problem in Jefferson County but backlogs do exist around the state. I told them I would write and call their bosses in Frankfurt until I get what we need. Unfortunately you really have to push them hard to get in. It's really discriminating that government won't the serve needs of it's citizens, especially in these trying times. We pay the taxes, now provide the service we're paying you for which is Driver License Test appointments. Governor Beshear, don't make us wait up to six months or a year to finally get in. Concerned tax paying citizens please Sign the petition at the link below, invite others to help us, call KSP, write KSP, Complain to the Governor to fix the Driver Test appointment problem.
