The council has treated Ivy and our family unfairly, blocking her access to the essential support she needs at Coteford. Despite applying well before the closure, the local authority misled us, and Ivy has been left without the vital care that could change her life. Coteford has been a supportive, nurturing environment, but the council’s decision threatens to take that away.
