I have secured a meeting with Chris Vince MP for Harlow on Friday to discuss this and to ask him to support an application to Essex Parking Partnership/ TRO application. 

If anyone has any details of Police officers they have spoken to about this issue / dates of speed traps on Potter street or any accidents that people have had please let me know. susiegrady9@gmail.com
