Hi There,

Thank you for signing the petition for more accessible trails in Massachusetts. We have some exciting news to share. S.446/H.769, our bill to bring more accessible trails to MA, was given a favorable report by the Joint Committee on Environment and Natural Resources!

With more than 2,000 bills each legislative cycle, a small bill like this that doesn't have a large lobbying base, can easily get pushed aside- but we made it through the first committee review!

In March, S.446/H.769 was assigned to a second committee, Senate Ways and Means. If the bill doesn't make it out of Ways and Means with a favorable report, and onto the floor for a full vote before the legislative session ends in August, S.446/H.769 will die.

To get the bill through the legislative process, we need your help more that ever! If you want to advocate for this issue here are three things easy things you can do:
