11 years ago, on Good Friday, April 14, 2006, Courtney Bisbee was convicted and sentenced under then ex-DA/Maricopa County Attorney Andrew Thomas (disbarred April 2012 for abuse of power in other cases). She served her full sentence, now has an additional 18 months parole, while she awaits the federal judge's ruling on her "actual innocence" Writ of Habeas filed in 2012. She is released but not "free".
