But we’re at a crucial moment — and we need to keep this going.

The Zwicky access to the K&S Wagon Road is more than just a trail. It’s a living part of our community’s heritage, a connection to our past, and a vital public route. Losing access to it would set a dangerous precedent, where historic public rights-of-way can quietly disappear.

"In 1893 the K&S Wagon Road was completed just in time for the mining boom. Soon the wagons, stage coaches, horseback riders, backpackers and pack trains braved the harsh conditions of the mountains seeking riches in Kaslo. In 1923, the road was handling vehicles." 

To keep up the momentum, we’re asking everyone to do three quick things today:
