I want to take a moment and thank all who continue to support this important piece of legislation - that should be passed into law. While this bill draft was given a bill number at the end of the 2022 session - we brought it back again this year, in hope we could go further with it. Unfortunately, the drafted bill was not given a bill number nor heard in legislation this session (2023).

This drafted bill has however been well received both in and out of state by legislative officials. Gaining the understanding of its importance and what it will do to protect, prevent and hold those accountable in wrongful CPS separations involving medical kidnap.

While I continue to meet with legislators both in and out of state, bringing awareness to this issue, and asking for their support, I'll post updates here as needed.
