As mentioned in a previous update my husband has given up his rights of a speedy trial. Due to us fearing he will receive 25 to life for a crime HE DID NOT COMMIT. At this very moment Deshawn my husband, RIGHTS are being VIOLATED by current  DA WILL WOOTEN who is handling his case as he just made him sign for manslaughter. Tell me how can this happen? As SB 1437 is the law now and Jason Anderson head DA who we are petitioning allowed it to happen. We will continue to fight and clear his name, receive justice and freedom.
