I know many of you have asked. Why no trial?

Well to start off. All we are asking is for justice! He was never part of anything that they are trying to blame him for. They got no evidence of nothing. No trial because it was offered to one of the 3 co defendants to lie and testify against him to get less time. Even though many years ago it was said he didn't do it and deserved to be freed by all co defendants. The county knows that they will lose this case if it goes to trial and they know we will file a lawsuit. They are only trying to make him pay for it to help the probation officer mother of a drug dealer. The system will help their people without helping people who are really innocent
