As of November Michael was moved to a level 5 institution when the one he was in closed down due to short staffing. Michael is a level 3 and should have not been sent to a higher level. we all need to share and sign if haven't and help get the signatures needed to get Michael home. The VADOC is so overcrowded and short-staffed so many like Michael was sent to higher levels only because of the open bed space. I am asking for you to please share and help give him a chance
