On Monday, November 27 at 6:00 PM, during the Regular Council Meeting, Town Council will consider the revised and final agreement between the Town and the Region regarding the Region’s 1635 Dundas project. Should the agreement be approved, it will then be considered at the Wednesday, November 29 Regional Council meeting.
We firmly believe that the revised final agreement falls short in addressing community concerns and safety. To ensure that the agreement meets the needs of our community, we are advocating for crucial changes. If the Region cannot agree to these improvements, the Town is prepared to implement the Interim Control By-Law (ICBL).
Your participation is vital in making a difference. We urge you to register as a delegation, allowing you to share your concerns about the drafted final agreement and suggest the improvements you'd like to see. We need everyone to attend in person even if you are not delegating (speaking).
