The temperature is way too cold that is why the beardie’s top is dark , the tanks are too small for even one baby bearded dragon, usually there are too many bearded dragons in one tank, and all of the above issues contribute to why they have stress marks, the black stripes on their bellies and chins. They may also be sick because stress weakens a beardie’s immune system. Night lights are not good for them. If it is too cold at night, a ceramic heat emitter or some other lightless warmer must be used. The  basking lights are on the wrong side of the tank and should be on the opposite side of the water dish and above the high point in the tank.
