It is now 8 years since our son Richard walked onto the deck of the P&O ferry "Pride of Kent" and was never seen again.  Eight long years and STILL nothing has been done to protect passengers on ferry decks. We accuse this ferry company of Criminal Irresponsibility towards its passengers by failing to adequately protect them in a dangerous environment.  Any passenger carrier owes a duty of care towards the public and should use the technology available.
