Hi all, I wanted to let you know that we now have 132 signatures on this petition. Thank you so much for being a hedgehog hero. We are off to a hogtastic start.

I’m also running a petition on petition.parliament.uk which currently has 3340 supporters. When that petition reaches 10,000 signatures the government must respond and at 100,000 there will be a parliamentary debate. Here’s the link https://petition.parliament.uk/petitions/643081 I think this two pronged approach will generate more attention for the plight of our hedgehogs and put greater pressure on the UK government to act.

Would you help me get more signatures by sharing both petitions with ten other people on social media? Facebook groups, SMS chats, Twitter, Instagram, Mastodon, Threads, Bluesky, email and WhatsApp all work great. I’ve created a QR code for each petition. If more of us sign, we pricklypals can’t be ignored!
